Sausage Spices

Below is a list of spices used in each sausage. No gluten nitrates or nitrites ever added.

•    Botifara: Pork, salt, garlic, cumin, black pepper, nutmeg, vinegar
•    Breakfast Sausage: Pork, salt, sage, thyme, black pepper, ginger powder, marjoram
•    Pork Apple: Pork, dried apple, salt, onion powder, ginger powder, dried parsley, coriander powder, white pepper powder, apple cider vinegar powder, Saigon cinnamon, sage, nutmeg, white vinegar powder, clove
•    Italians (Hot, Mild, Sweet): Pork, red-wine, garlic, salt, sugar, fennel, oregano, Chili flakes, sage, all spice, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg.
o    For Hot: Hungarian paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flake
